Shipping Information
At Sayler’s Charm, we offer two types of products:

  1. Hand-Packaged Items – Items shipped directly from me with love. 💕 These usually ship within 3–5 business days.

  2. Boutique Partner Items (Dropshipping) – Items that ship directly from our trusted suppliers. Processing can take 5–10 business days, and shipping may take 7–14 business days, depending on the item.

You’ll always receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If your order includes items from both collections, they may arrive in separate packages.

Return Policy
We want you to love every piece from Sayler’s Charm! 💫

  • Hand-Packaged Items: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Boutique Partner Items: Because these items ship directly from our suppliers, returns may vary. If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at Kelsey@Saylerscharm.com, and we’ll work quickly to make it right.

⚠️ Final Sale Items: Personalized pieces, clearance items, and accessories (like earrings) are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at Kelsey@Saylerscharm.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions (if eligible).

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue store credit or an exchange.
